Technology help you can see, understand, and trust.

Kaiser Tech Services provides patient, practical help with software, computer setup, recovery, security, and everyday technology problems. Remote assistance is available when your computer can connect, with guided video support or local referrals when hands-on hardware work is needed.

How remote support works

Kaiser Tech Services uses HelpWire for remote computer assistance. Contact Dan first. You will receive a private connection link by text or email for your specific support session.

Contact Kaiser

Call or send a message describing the problem and the computer you are using.

Receive your private link

A unique HelpWire connection link is sent directly to you by text or email.

Open HelpWire

Follow the official HelpWire instructions. No public shared client link is used.

Approve the session

You must approve access before remote support begins, and you remain in control.

Disconnect anytime

You can end the session whenever you choose. Access does not continue silently afterward.

Computer will not start? HelpWire requires the operating system to be running. For startup, BIOS, POST, or no-boot problems, Kaiser Tech Services can provide guided video troubleshooting through Zoom using a phone or tablet camera, or recommend an on-site hardware professional when physical repair is necessary.

Your security and control

Remote access should never feel mysterious. These safeguards keep the process visible and understandable.

During a support session

  • You approve the connection before access begins.
  • You can watch what is happening on your screen.
  • You may end the session at any time.
  • Only use a link sent directly by Kaiser Tech Services.
  • Do not share verification codes unless you understand why they are needed.

Before account or device recovery

  • Proof of ownership or authorization may be requested.
  • No security bypass is performed on stolen or unauthorized devices.
  • Customer files and credentials are treated as confidential.
  • Recordings or notes are retained only when there is a legitimate business need.
  • Sensitive information should never be left in a voicemail.
